A €33m bus rapid transit route called Blue Line is being proposed between Sandymount and Sandyford in south Dublin. It is promoted by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and supported by Sandyford Business Estates Association, St Vincents University Hospital, University College Dublin and State broadcaster RTE, which are all located along the route. Dublin Bus cuts top route by 36%
